From the tropical island of Montego Bay, Jamaica, Margo's journey began. As the second of five children, she witnessed a significant chapter of her life unfold when her family relocated to Stamford, Connecticut in 1986. This move was the first of many steps in a remarkable professional odyssey.

In 2001, a weekend trip to South Florida unexpectedly changed Margo's course. Captivated by the allure of Pembroke Pines, she swiftly decided to make it her new home, purchasing her first house there within six weeks and moving her family to this vibrant community Of Pembroke Pines.

Margo's personal home-buying experience sparked a deep interest in real estate, leading her to acquire a Real Estate Appraisal License in 2003. For seven years, she honed her skills as a Property Appraiser, until 2010, when she expanded her professional repertoire by obtaining her Real Estate License. This new credential opened doors to an instrumental role in a $89 million Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), where she worked as an Acquisition and Disposition Agent for HomeOwnerShip Realty Inc. and Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida (NHSSF). In this capacity, Margo skillfully utilized both her appraisal and real estate licenses.

The successful completion of the NSP project was a springboard for Margo's next venture. She attained her Real Estate Broker License and founded Morgan Realty and Management Services Inc. Under her leadership, the agency quickly became one of the top 10 in Broward County, specializing in a variety of home sales across South Florida.

In 2018, embracing her passion and vast experience in real estate, Margo pursued another dream: she became a licensed Mortgage Broker. This new role was a testament to her dedication and adaptability in the ever-evolving world of real estate.

Margo's professional journey is also deeply intertwined with her personal life. Inspired by her daughter Amber's decision to join the United States Air Force, she became actively involved with the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP), serving as the Membership Director. Here, she contributes to the organization's mission of aiding veterans in achieving sustainable homeownership and financial literacy. Her commitment to community enrichment is further evident in her role as Treasurer of the Broward Housing Taskforce, Margo is also a current member of the Veterans Of East County Alliance (V.E.C.A). The Veterans East County Alliance in partnership with The San Diego Regional East County Chamber of Commerce, seeks to honor and support ALL Veteran-Owned & Veteran-Friendly Businesses in East County and San Diego County.

Adding a global dimension to her expertise, Margo is also a licensed Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). This accreditation empowers her with the knowledge and resources to handle international real estate transactions, further diversifying her skill set and allowing her to cater to a broader spectrum of clients.
